UdharHub (“we”, “us”) provides a cloud business ledger for Indian SMBs — customer udhar, vendor books, GST invoices, purchase bills, stock, expenses, and reports. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

  • Account details: name, email, phone, password (hashed).
  • Business profile: shop name, address, GSTIN/PAN, bank details you choose to save.
  • Operational data you enter: customers, vendors, ledgers, invoices, bills, items, stock, expenses.
  • Support messages and newsletter emails you submit on our website.
  • Basic technical logs (IP, browser) needed for security and reliability.

How we use data

  • To run your UdharHub account and sync your books across devices.
  • To provide PDF/CSV exports, reminders you trigger, and subscription billing.
  • To respond to contact forms and product updates you opt into.
  • To keep the service secure and improve product quality.

Sharing

We do not sell your customer or ledger data. We may use trusted processors (hosting, email, payment gateways) only to operate the product, under confidentiality obligations.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and CSRF protection. We do not use advertising trackers on the marketing site beyond what is needed for basic analytics you enable later.

Your choices

You can update business/profile data in-app, unsubscribe from newsletters via support, or request account deletion by emailing support@udharhub.com.
