By creating an account or using UdharHub, you agree to these terms. If you use UdharHub for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
The service
UdharHub is a web software-as-a-service for digital ledgers, GST-style invoices, purchase bills, item stock, expenses, and reports. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan and permissions.
Your responsibilities
- Keep login credentials secure and accurate.
- Enter lawful, accurate business and party data.
- Use WhatsApp reminders and exports in line with applicable laws and platform rules.
- Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
Plans & billing
Free or trial access may be limited. Paid plans renew as described at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase.
Data ownership
You own the business data you enter. We process it to provide the product. You can export available PDF/CSV reports from the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimer
UdharHub helps you organise books and invoices; it is not legal, tax, or accounting advice. Verify GST filings and financial decisions with a qualified professional.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or lost data) arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
